We just uploaded a new PAL v1.1.1 with a minor bugfix of a bug that was unforunately introduced with the compatibility improvements" in PAL v1.1. This resulted in the final end screen (that you see when playing with continues) to be distorted and be hardly readable. Sorry for that. Please download the latest version.  The NTSC version did not need to be updated.

We also added a change history log in the readme.txt file.
