Thank you all for the overwhelming feedback to our anouncement. It comes with no surprise that Henry's Castle, © by Chris Murray, brings a lot of nice memories back and has a special place in our big retro gaming hearts.

But was our anouncement an April fool's joke?
Was that a rendered video?

No. For both.

That game is real, is finished and will come out in a few weeks time (May 1st 2024).

The  C64 workplace in the teaser video is real! A little bit photoshoped though (curtain and rendered monitor was added), but the rest is real.

So all looks great and promising! Woohoo!

... but ...

Despite all the retro bliss and nostalgia there are  still laws and regulations we need to follow. Especially when we want to charge money for our game. Potential infringement of copyright is one of them. I fully respect the IP holders and 3rd parties that have licensed Henry's House officially and we will therefore make some adjustments so that our game stands on its own feet. The requested changes are totally minor like Henry name, Henry logo, the font, the Henry sprite, just things that could remind someone of Henry’s House. Haha. Sing along: "We do need another Heeeee-roooooo!".  We will upload a new teaser video as soon as we are clear. Hopefully in the next days.

Don't worry, the game, the fun and the spirit of Henry’s House will stay the same. All completely original content. Handcrafted for your enjoyment.
