F64Summer Checksum Tool (executable) added

I added the checksum tool "F64Summer" as .PRG file so you don't need to type this in as well. This useful tool was originally created by Felix Palmen (Zirius) in 2018.

Very helpful - I had one 'out of data' error after another whilst trying to get the checksum tool working. Not the most helpful of errors but all part of the experience!
