New Version 1.2

The following improvements were made in this version:

• The "Last life lost without Game Over"-bug should be be fixed
  
• Much shorter waiting times during the game due to the "Excellent" speech sample only loaded and played once 
• Bill has now his own Sprite when climbing (I had to reuse the Ted Sprite because I ran out of memory and hoped nobody would notice. Well, it did get noticed ;). I managed to squeeze some bytes and fixed this
• Fixed a few bugs here and there, e.g. some gfx issues in the game over screen when a colour theme was used other than the default green one
• The top left flickering when a level was started has mostly gone
